Saturday Banking

In order to make banking more convenient for our customers we have extended our bank working days to six days of the week. Now you need not rush during the week to attend to your banking needs. Instead, visit any of the branches mentioned below on a Saturday at your convenience.

Branches which are open for business on Saturdays

• Bambalapitiya Branch - 123, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 4.
• Pelawatta Branch - 418, Pannipitiya Road, Pelawatte, Battaramulla (Cash transactions & Customer service transactions).

Saturday Banking hours - Bambalapitiya and Pelawatta branches

9.30 am - 1.00 pm

Please note that only Personal banking transactions will be accommodated on Saturdays.

• Withdrawals from accounts
• Transfers
• Encashing of Travellers Cheques & Foreign Currency Notes
• Issuing of Foreign Currency
• Cash advances from credit cards
• Account Opening and Closures
• Deposits (Credit Card Payments and Cash Deposits to accounts should be made via ESPM.
  Credit card deposits will be credited to the account by 7.30am of the second working day and the cash deposits to accounts will be credited by 1.00pm on the next working day)

Services offered by Customer Service Representative

• Opening and closures of Accounts
• Issuing of Travellers Cheques, Demand Drafts & Cashier's Orders
• Transfers
• Accepting of Telegraphic Transfer/RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)/SLIPS (Sri Lanka Inter-bank Payment System) requests to be effected on the next working day.
• Applying for Loans & Credit Cards
