We have now expanded our portfolio of distribution channels to 700 third party access points, with comprehensive services aimed at making banking more convenient than ever before. This move comes in the wake of HSBC’s alliance with many Sri Lankan partners namely The Sri Lanka Post, Singer Sri Lanka, Cargills Ceylon Ltd, Lanka Bell, Abans and Commercial Bank.

Pay at Cargills Food City Outlets

You can now make cash payments to your credit card account at any Cargills Food City outlet islandwide.

Pay at Lanka Bell outlets

Cash payments to your hsbc credit card bill will now be accepted at any lanka bell outlet island-wide

Pay at selected Post Offices

You can now use the Post Office network to make payments to your Credit Card, Savings and Current accounts.

Pay at any Singer Showroom

Cash payments to your HSBC credit card bill will now be accepted at any Singer Showroom islandwide. You will be charged 0.75% of the payment made, on your next bill. (This rate could change without notice) Payments made up until 4.00 pm daily on Bank working days, will be credited to the cardholders account after 8.00 pm on the same day.

Pay at Selected Abans Elite Showrooms

Cash payments to your HSBC credit card bill will now be accepted at selected Abans Elite showrooms. You will be charged 0.75% of the payment made, on your next bill. (This rate could change without notice) Payments made up until 3.00 pm daily on Bank working days, will be credited to the cardholders account after 8.00 pm on the same day.

Pay at any Commercial Bank branch

You can settle your monthly credit card bill at any of the Commercial Bank branches in Sri Lanka.

Pay via EasyPay Machines

Introducing EasyPay from HSBC for the first in Sri Lanka – bringing you increased convenience of transactions with complete peace of mind.

Pay via Personal Internet Banking

You could log on to www.hsbc.lk, access online@hsbc, HSBC's Personal Internet Banking service and transfer funds from your savings or Current Account to your Credit Card-on-line. Access your accounts at anytime, from anywhere in the world with online@hsbc.HSBC's Internet Banking is secure and convenient.

Pay via Phonebanking

Simply call up our Automated Telephone Banking facility and transfer funds from your Savings or Current Account to your Credit Card Account from the comfort of your home or office. This facility is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. If you do not have this facility, apply today by filing in an application at any HSBC branch.

Pay via Standing Instruction

You could arrange for a standing order instructing the bank to recover a set percentage (between 4%-100%) of your Credit Card bill from your HSBC's Savings or Current Account to your Credit Card Account on the due date.

Post a Cheque

Draw a Cheque in favour of “HSBC o/a of ‘Your credit card number’ ” and post it to your nearest branch.
