EasyPay Machines

Introducing EasyPay Machines for the first in Sri Lanka – bringing you increased convenience of transactions with complete peace of mind.

EasyPay machines are installed at all HSBC branches and Day and Night Banking Centres to be used by customers and non-customers on a twenty-four hour basis to make credit card payments and deposits to personal accounts by cash or cheque/s.

The functionality of the machine is similar to envelope deposits currently made at ATMs. Any user may simply key in the account or credit card number to make a deposit. You may also swipe the ATM/Credit Card or scan the barcode printed on your statement (when introduced) to enter your account number. A transaction acknowledgement advice will be issued based on the data input by the user.

The machine can be operated in English, Sinhala and Tamil. Voice instructions will also be given to operate the machine. Furthermore, HSBC plans to expand the services offered by the EasyPay machine to include utility payments and other services in the future.
