  • Access your accounts privately and securely Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • Access your account balance and make transaction inquiries
  • Pay your utility bills and HSBC credit card bills

  • Report lost ATM cards
  • Open Time Deposit accounts
  • Change your PIN
  • Exchange rate and interest rate information

Internet Banking

  • Obtain information on all your accounts including your credit card transactions
  • Use the 'Transfers' page to move funds between accounts, to other local banks, or to remit funds overseas*. You can also schedule transfers to occur at a specific time or on a regular basis
  • Pay your electricity, telephone and other utility bills with our 'Pay Bills' option
  • Open 'Time Deposit' and 'Rupee Savings Accounts' online
  • Set up statements and advices to be delivered to you electronically
  • Receive information on your accounts and other banking news through your mailbox
  • Manage your personal details, contact HSBC, stop cheques or request your previous statements through the online services page
  • Access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world

 

ATM's

  • Withdraw a maximum of LKR30,000 per day (depending on the type of account you have and country ATM limits)
  • Transfer funds up to 1 million between your accounts and up to 200,000 to third party accounts
  • Deposit cash, cheques or even send your requests to us
  • Check your account balance
  • Pay your credit card and utility bills
  • Request a statement or chequebook
  • Change your personal identification number (PIN)
  • Obtain a mini-statement
