Easy Pay

Introducing HSBC Easy Pay for the first time in Sri Lanka - bringing you increased convenience of transactions with complete peace of mind.

HSBC Easy Pay will be installed at all HSBC branches and Day and Night Banking Centres and can be used by customers and non-customers on a twenty-four hour basis to make Corporate Credit Card payments and deposits to Business accounts by cash or cheque/s.

These deposits can be made as envelope deposits similar to those currently made at ATMs. Any user may simply key in the Business account or Corporate Credit Card number to make a deposit. You may also swipe the Corporate ATM or Corporate Credit Card to enter your Business account number. A transaction acknowledgement advice will be issued based on the data input by the user.

• Can be used by customers as well as non-customers without an ATM/Credit Card or a Personal Identification Number(PIN)
• The following deposits can be made;
  - Cash deposit into Corporate Credit Cards
  - Cash deposit into Business Banking Accounts
  - Cheque deposit into Corporate Credit Cards
  - Cheque deposit into Business Banking Accounts
• The machine is very user friendly as it uses a 'touch screen' system
• The machine can be operated in English, Sinhala and Tamil languages
• Help text and voice instructions are available to guide the user
• A receipt is issued confirming the following;
  - Machine Number
  - Receipt Number
  - Date and Time
  - Amount keyed in by Customer
  - Business Account / Business Credit Card Number

There are no special requirements to operate the machine.

How to use HSBC EasyPay

Before proceeding to the machine:

• Complete the information on the envelope.
• Insert cash or cheque/s inside and seal the envelope.
  - Do not deposit more that 30 notes or cheques in one envelope.
  - Do not fold the cash or cheque(s).
  - Do not include any coins.


At the machine:

• Choose your language preference on screen.
• Select the deposit type - Corporate Credit Card Payment or Business Account Deposit.
• Indicate the Business Account Number - you can swipe your Business Credit Card or simply enter the Business Account Number using the keypad on the screen.
• Key in the deposit amount and confirm.
• Insert the deposit envelope in to the machine.
• Take your transaction advice.
