Member get Member

The HSBC Premier ‘Member Get Member’ programme offers you an opportunity to share your HSBC Premier experience with friends and family and get rewarded for your effort.

All successful referrals will be rewarded as follows

Introducing 7 Accounts & above 20,000 each Addition of 20,000 for each account

The cumulative gift value can be redeemed as either rewards points credited to your HSBC Premier credit card or as a gift voucher from a merchant of your choice.

Additional rewards : Colombo Fashion Week 2011 tickets would be allocated to the referring customer (2 Tickets), and the new customer being referred (2 Tickets).

Making a referral

  1. All referrals should be directed to your Relationship Manager
  2. The Relationship Manager will maintain a record of referrals given by you and update you on progress
  3. The promotion period will be from 15 July 2010 until 31 December 2010 within this period, referrals can be submitted
  4. Special marketing material will be made available which will assist you make an introduction on HSBC Premier to your friends and family
  5. The bank would be disclosing the source of referral at time of contacting the referee
Rewards
  1. After the referral is submitted the new Premier account needs to get activated with the required funds within 3 months for the referrer to be eligible for the rewards
  2. The rewards will be made available to eligible customers on a monthly basis from August to March 2011 based on eligibility criteria being met
  3. The Bank is not responsible for the quality of service/products provided by any of the merchants if reward is claimed as a gift voucher of Referrer’s choice

Other Terms and Conditions
  1. The Premier “Member Get Member” (MGM) promotion of the Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) is applicable to all existing Premier customers who introduces a new client to HSBC Premier (new client must open an HSBC Premier account with the Bank and comply with the minimum Total relationship balance for HSBC Premier being LKR 7.5 million or equivalent in foreign currency) within the promotion period
  2. All rewards will be on per account basis and not per customer
  3. HSBC Staff members with Premier status will not be eligible for the MGM
  4. The Bank reserves the right to modify, change or withdraw all or any of the rules applicable to this promotion at any time
  5. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Bank to conduct similar promotions in the future
  6. In the event of a dispute arising out of this programme, the decision of the Bank shall be final
