Enjoy Rs.10/- off each litre of fuel on Wednesdays between 4pm - 6pm

Valid on 8, 15, 22 and 29 May 2013

1. The fuel promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") is open to all HSBC Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders"), currently residing in Sri Lanka except those excluded in Clauses 7 and 11 hereto.
2. The Promotion is valid on 8, 15, 22 and 29 May 2013 between 4:00PM to 6:00PM (hereinafter referred to as "Promotional Period")
3. All transactions made at any fuel station to purchase fuel (any petrol or diesel) during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Promotion
4. For calculation purposes a liter is defined as 95 octane at the rate of Rs.171/- irrespective of the fuel type
   Ex: If the transaction value is Rs.5,000/-
   Rs. 5,000 / Rs.171 x Rs.10 = Rs.292.39 will be refunded
5. During the Promotional Period, the Cardholder will be refunded with LKR 10/- for each liter of his/her first fuel transaction made subject to a maximum refund of uptoRs. 1,000/-
6. The refund on fuel shall be credited to the Cardholder's card account in the following month and will be shown in that months credit card statement.
7. The Bank's staff shall be excluded from the Promotion.
8. Prevailing Fuel surcharge shall be applicable
9. In the event of any dispute regarding this Promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
10. The Bank reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions herein at its discretion.
11. All corporate Cardholders shall be excluded from this Promotion.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
