All cardholders will receive the said discounts at point of sale.

Zero interest instlament scheme is valid only for Health check-ups at all Hospitals as follows;

• Asiri Hospitals - 3/6/9/12 months
• Lanka Hospitals - 3/6/9/12 months
• Hemas Hospital - 3/6 months
• New Philip Hospital - 3/6/9/12 months
(In the event the cardholder opts to do a health check up under the zero interest scheme, the discount will not be offered)

5% discount at the pharmacy is valid at New Philip Hospital - Kalutara.

Prices of Health check-ups, scans, investigations room rates and other services vary from hospital to hospital and the respective hospital reserves the right to modify rates from time to time at their discretion.

The Bank will bear no responsibility over the service quality extended by the said hospitals.

7.

In the event of any dispute regarding this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

The Bank reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions herein at its discretion.
