Eligibility and documents required

• Credit Card Application Form
• A copy of the National ID/Passport
• Salary Slip
• Letter from Employer confirming Salary
• Billing proof (i.e. telephone bill, water bill or electricity bill)

If the credit card application is not personally delivered, for customer identification purposes, a copy of the national identity card or valid passport should be verified by other members of the HSBC Group or should be notarised by an embassy, consulate, member of the judiciary, government authority, lawyer or notary public.

• To join the exclusive world of HSBC Premier you need to maintain a total relationship balance (average credit balance) of LKR7.5 million or USD75,000, or the equivalent in any foreign currency, or a combination of both foreign and local currency to the value of LKR7.5 million in current, savings or fixed deposit accounts*.
• Premier Account Application Form
• Proof of identity - two types (ex- National Identity card, Passport, Driving License)
• Proof of address


*A monthly service charge of LKR1,000 will be charged if the total relationship balance specified above is not maintained.
