Personal Internet Banking Click Points

• Customers will be awarded points based on their transactions (refer terms and conditions for details) and once they have accumulated 500 points they may start redeeming same.
• To redeem they can either convert to credit card rewards points or if they do not have a credit card they can have the rupee equivalent transferred to their personal account.
• Point conversion value: 3 points = LKR1
• If a customer is redeeming the points as credit card rewards points the conversion value would be: 1 Personal Internet Banking reward point = 1 credit card reward point.
• The points will be credited to the customers' account/credit card within 3 working days after the request is received.
• The viewing of accumulated points and redeeming of same can be done online. The steps are mentioned below for your easy reference:

Points Redemption Process

• Click on the 'Contact centre' from the left menu.
• Click on the 'Send message'.
• Select the subject as 'Automated Banking Enquiries'.
• Type 'PIB rewards (number of points you would like to redeem)'.
• Click on 'Send' button.

Points Viewing Process

• Points can be viewed on the account summary page on the customers' PIB account.

• 1 July - 30 November 2010 (points can be accumulated till end of 30 November 2010).
• Redemption of points can be done till 31 December 2010.
