Butterfly Structured Deposit

A Butterfly structured deposit is a Structured Deposit that allows you to take a view on the exchange rate movements and offers the possibility of earning a higher return than a traditional savings or time deposit provided your currency view is accurate.

The minimum deposit is LKR 10,000,000.

• Deposits linked to USD allowed up to 2 years. Deposits linked to other currencies allowed upto 1 year.
• Enjoy financial flexibility with a Sri Lankan Rupee credit facility of up to 90% of the deposit value (please note that the structured deposit cannot be uplifted prior to maturity without incurring break up fees).
