Submit the following documents to any Dialog branch.
- Duly completed registration form - Available at all Dialog and HSBC branches.
- Copy of NIC.
- Copy of Credit Card (face only).
- Letter of authority to confirm authorised use of connections issued to companies/firms/sole proprietorships.**
* Registrations for Dialog corporate clients will not be available via HSBC Customer Service hotline.
** Applicable only for corporate clients of Dialog.
Once you have been registered
- You will receive an SMS confirming your 6 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- You will thereafter receive another SMS stating that your credit card has been registered for the service.
- It will take 14 days to process requests.
