Requirements

  • Bank Account Opening Form ( Download Now )
  • Proof of Identity - two types (eg- National Identity card, Passport, Driving License)
  • Proof of address
  • Initial deposit of LKR 50,000
  • Sri Lanka rupee savings accounts can be opened only by Sri Lankan nationals holding a valid national identity card/passport
  • You need to maintain a minimum credit balance of LKR25,000 in your savings accounts in order to avoid a service charge

ATM functions and characteristics

  • Withdraw a maximum of LKR75,000 per day (depending on the type of account you have and country ATM limits)
  • Transfer funds up to LKR1 million between your accounts and up to LKR200,000 to third party accounts
  • Deposit cash, cheques or even send your requests to us
  • Check your account balance
  • Pay your credit card and utility bills
