• Logon to Personal Internet Banking and create your "payee list" if you are an existing customer, if not register via www.hsbc.lk
• Register for utility bill payment service through HSBC Phonebanking by calling 4 4722 77 with the respective Consumer Reference Numbers of the utility bill company.
• Register for utility bill payment service through HSBC ATM's by forwarding your written request to the bank with copies of your bills.
