• Click on 'Statements / Advices' from the left navigation.
• In this section, click on E-Statements/E-Advice' request.
• Select the option pointing to 'e-Statements only'. On doing this, your paper statements will be discontinued. You will be able to view your account statements through HSBC's Internet Banking only.
• Similarly, you can opt for e-Advices to be accessed through Internet Banking.
• Provide us with your e-mail address to which all future account notifications need to be sent. This e-mail address will also be updated in your Personal Details.
• Click on 'Request' to proceed.
• Click on 'Confirm' to complete your registration for E-Statements.

Please note that only the latest 7 credit card e-statements and the latest 25 bank account e-statements are held on your HSBC Internet Banking account. You may download these statements on to your computer if you want to store them for a longer period.

• Select the option pointing to 'e-Statements only'. On doing this, your paper statements will be discontinued. You will be able to view your account statements through HSBC's Internet Banking only.
• Click on 'Send' to complete your registration for Credit Card E-Statements.
