Chat option is available during bank working days between 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. 

How do I use Web Chat? 

The Web Chat feature will appear on certain web pages including this page. On those web pages, you'll be able to see the chat option appearing as an icon on the bottom right of your browser/screen. Simply click on the icon and a chat window will pop up immediately.

Operating hours of our Contact Centre have been revised. All contact lines are open from 7:00am to

9:00pm, except for assistance for lost or stolen cards which will operate 24x7.

Branches

All HSBC Branches in Sri Lanka will be open to customers on weekdays from 9.00 am - 3.00 pm to serve our customers.

The Bank will be closed on weekends and on all Public, Bank and Mercantile holidays.
