- Payment will be updated under “Available credit” of the cardholders’ credit card account, real time. Payment history (“Posting date”) and the credit card “Balance” will be updated by the following working day. Payments made up to 5:30 pm on due dates will be credited to the Cardholders’ credit card account as a same day payment. “Posting date” of payments made during bank holidays or weekends, will appear as the following working day.
- Subject to instructions being received by 4:00 pm on working days.
- Note that the Bank will not be responsible for any delay on the part of the utility company updating their records.
- Subject to instructions being received by 1:00 pm on working days.
Incomplete payment instructions will be referred for manual processing and will not be processed immediately. - The payment will be updated on the next bank working day.
