The Offer is applicable only to locally issued HSBC Premier Cardholders (BIN - 517964) & Debit (BIN – 464950).
Minimum eligible gross bill value will be Rs.20,000.
Maximum discount per day, per cardholder will be LKR 5000. Customer can use either the HSBC Premier Credit Card or the HSBC Premier Debit card to avail the offer on the same day. Premier customers cannot use both credit and debit cards on the same day.
Offer not valid for online purchases and valid only at SPAR Supermarket outlets.
Multiple or Split transactions where the cumulative bill value/s exceeds the eligible maximum bill value during the promotion period per single cardholder will not be qualified for the discount.
The discount will be extended for goods purchased for personal use, therefore Multiple or Split transactions, and purchases in large quantities for commercial purposes will not be allowed.
Maximum Quantities per bill, 3Kg or 3 Units from each single item per day, per cardholder will be accommodated.
The discount will not be applicable for Milk powder, Sugar, Flour, Rice, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, Electronics, utility bill payments, pharmaceutical items, and gift voucher purchases.
Spending made under the above promotions will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty points of SPAR Supermarkets.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount/offer provided by the merchant and HSBC and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Bank shall assume no responsibility for the quality of service/products provided by any of the suppliers/ merchant.
HSBC at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, change or withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions, herein contained, applicable to this Offer at any time without notice to the Cardholders.
If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of HSBC and merchant shall be final and conclusive.
The general credit card terms and conditions of HSBC shall apply to this Offer.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.
